In 2018, two crazy creatives named Cara Winter & George Ellzey, Jr. embarked on making a 30-minute crowd-sourced film, DIVISION, about two people embarking on a long-distance relationship... in the same city. DIVISION was made for under $15,000, and our first collaboration as co-producers, co-directors, and co-writers. (We have since learned there is a better DIVISION of labor...). Watch DIVISION here.
On this MFA Thesis film, Cara contributed by giving feedback on each stage of the script development, then provided administrative support throughout the production and post-production processes. Cara is honored to have contributed to such a masterful piece.

On BOSOM, Cara contributed early script feedback, boots-on-ground production assistance, and coordination with DePaul University. BOSOM is the story of two estranged sisters who must come together at their mother's funeral.
Co-written, co-produced and starring Cara Winter, COUPLA DAYS is about an overprotective daughter trying to convince her aging father to hire some help around the house... in this entirely iPhone-created art imitating life.
